    • An eco-designed binding

Thanks to our commitment to eco-responsibility, the carbon footprint of a pair of Linea bindings with ski stop is just 11.85 kg of CO² eq (Life Cycle Assessment to ISO 14040 standard).

      - 25% of plastic parts are made from biosourced polyamide incorporating recycled carbon fibre

      - The main aluminium parts are forged, a high-quality manufacturing process that makes optimum use of resources, contributing to a significant reduction in environmental impact.

The integration of eco-design has enables us to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions of the biding by a factor of four.
      - Made in France in the Alps
      - Fully repairable and upgradeable
    • Ademe - Revalue Systems - Pôle éco-conception
The design and industrialization of the Linea ski touring binding benefited from the support of ADEME for eco-design, enabling the guidance of experts from the Pôle Eco-conception and the RevalueSystems agency throughout the various phases of the project.

They supported the project team in integrating the eco-design approach and optimizing technical choices regarding materials, manufacturing processes, and design to ensure the durability and scalability of the new binding.

This approach illustrates Inwild's commitment to offering a ski binding that is as environmentally friendly as possible, while ensuring optimal performance, safety, and ease of use.

      Linea logo

In Italian, « Linea » means line, a powerful symbol in the world of ski touring.

When you're touring, the line you draw in the snow is much more than just a path: it's your trajectory, your road to adventure and the writing of a unique story.

Every ascent is a quest, and every descent a liberation.

The Linea binding incorporates a high-quality, patented front-stop mechanism that makes fitting intuitive, easy and precise. This design guarantees optimum support thanks to superior pressure on the boot. It allows skiers to concentrate on their ascent and descent with great confidence.

The sleek design of the carbon plate has been maximised to increase rigidity and prevent snow build-up.

Linea : one of the lightest bindings in its category

Weighing in at just 260g without ski-brakes and 315g with ski-brakes per binding, Linea is one of the lightest bindings in its category. This makes it an ideal choice for skiers looking to lighten their equipment without sacrificing performance.

Control and comfort on all gradients

Linea incorporates 0°, 7° (34mm) and 11° (55mm) heel sets that can be easily manipulated with the pole and accessed without having to turn the heel piece. A practical feature that's a real plus for skiers who want to save time on ascents.

A simple gesture to change mode

Stability and efficiency at every step

The binding has been optimized to position the boot as close to the ski as possible. With pins located 35 mm from the ski, the setup ensures a 13 mm gap between the boot and the ski. These design choices enhance climbing efficiency and improve ski control on all types of terrain.

Adjustment options for easy, secure fitting of the Linea binding

Adjustment options for easy, secure fitting of the Linea binding

Linea features an adjustable DIN 4-11 side release - lateral release, so you can tailor the binding to the specific needs of each skier, in terms of comfort, safety or performance.

Linea is suitable for all levels of skier: beginners, intermediates and experts.

To combine precision and safety, we have gone beyond the requirements of the standard. The design of the heel support safety system ensures that the shoe is aligned up to 80% of the DIN adjustment threshold.

Beyond this 80% DIN adjustment threshold, the elasticity of the pivot protects your knee ligaments from vibrations. Of course, at the threshold value, the heel is calibrated as required by the ISO 13992 standard.

Front trigger adjustment is offered with 5 interchangeable 'U's
Réglage du déclenchement frontal est proposé avec 5 ‘U’ interchangeables

The front release can be adjusted with 5 interchangeable 'U's: DIN 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 and 12, allowing you to customize the release force of the binding, at the heel piece, according to the skier's preferences and the level of DIN.

      Optimized elasticity for maximum performance

Linea has 8 mm of elasticity for optimum absorption when the ski flexes. This elasticity helps to absorb the flex of the ski, reducing the risk of the binding release and ripping.
