« 6 profiles at the service of telemark!
Coming from different backgrounds, we use our skills and above all our passion for skiing and the mountains to offer you the best telemark products you need »

Pierre
So I thought about designing and developing a new simple, contemporary telemark binding, adapted to NTN standard boots.
Encouraged by the feedback from enthusiasts during the numerous validation tests carried out on my prototypes, I launched into the industrial adventure by creating INWILD in 2014 to produce and market MEIDJO. INWILD has gradually structured itself thanks to a fantastic team, bringing a shared dynamism and passion on a daily basis, which have enabled the success of the company.
In 2020, we have decided to synthesize our actions for the planet carried out for two years, and to strengthen our Environmental Responsibility by going much further in our commitment. Its our guide to contribute to a desirable future for our planet and our children.

Laura
I'm Laura! I am in charge of marketing, communication, logistics, after-sales service… and several other missions inherent in the management of INWILD.
Curious to discover telemark and wanting to integrate a company linked to the mountain sports industry, it was in 2016 that I joined INWILD.
Very quickly won over by the unique atmosphere that reigns in the mountains, I I settled on the Vercors plateau to live closer to the peaks. This passion for the mountains led me to practice various outdoor sports: hiking, climbing, ski touring, paragliding, caving... During the summer season, I am a mountain guide (hiking guide - state-certified sports educator).

Régis
The friendship shared with Pierre dates back to the 90s when we were working to design products in the sports industry, he in the outdoors, and I fitness.
Passionate about Martial Arts, inner research and harmony with nature, I take great pleasure in fully experiencing our Telemark and hiking outings (skiing and walking) to recharge your batteries. I am always fascinated by the beauty of the gesture and the purity of the curves made by the telemarkers!

Eliott
I’m Eliott, the sales representative at Inwild.
So it’s my job to visit shops, showcase our bindings to them, provide sales training and find new retailers so they can stock our products.
Alongside this, I’m also responsible for developing the brand internationally with our agents, distributors and partners.
At events, I also get the chance to meet end customers during ski tests and other events, which allows me to pass on their feedback to Théo and Pierre, who are in charge of designing the bindings.
I’ve been with Inwild since 2025, and after working for major sports companies, I wanted to move towards organisations with a more human approach that take current political and environmental issues into account. That’s why Inwild’s vision of eco-design and simplicity really resonated with me.
I’ve been passionate about the mountains since I was a child, and I enjoy hitting the slopes or going on ski tours on skis or telemarks. And when I can’t ski, I explore the mountain passes and peaks by bike or paraglider.
Then, when the weather’s bad, I spend my time sewing at home.

Théo
I’m Théo, an R&D engineer at Inwild. I design and improve our bindings: modelling concepts, building prototypes, conducting tests, and selecting materials, processes and suppliers. All this to create top-quality products for skiing that are durable and make a difference, both socially and environmentally.
What I love about Inwild is being involved in the entire design cycle, from the design office right through to the field: we design, build the prototypes and test them. This multi-tasking role is what I find truly interesting and rewarding on a day-to-day basis, and it’s a real bonus for getting things done quickly and correctly!
In winter, I spend my free time on skis! I enjoy ski touring, carving big turns in powder snow and cross-country skiing to keep fit.
In summer, I’m always in the mountains, either on mountain bike trails or canyoning in rivers. But what I love most of all is sharing all of this with good friends!
